Since I was a child, I have always had an eye for photography. Although formally educated as a lawyer, I learned much of my craft by studying some of the greats, learning from my mentors -- photographer, Craig Dale and father, John F. Sobala, and simply experimenting and improvising on my own.
I get much of my inspiration from my travels, both domestically and abroad, as well as from my observations of human nature and physical environments. As a result, much of my collections center on landscapes and street photography.
I am proud to share that my photography has been selected and featured in the historic Washington Square Park Outdoor Art Exhibit, a long-standing art show in NYC founded by Jackson Pollack in 1931, and am excited to see where it takes me next...
If you like what you see and are interested in exploring how I may be able to capture landscapes and settings that are of special meaning to you and your family, please drop me a line. Whether it's capturing the essence of your favorite park, which has provided countless years of fun, exploration or meditation for you and your family, your 'go to' vacation spot, or even that big oak tree in your own backyard, which has served as a selfless backdrop to so many parties, BBQs and games of tag over the years...let me help you memorialize the sights, scenes and scapes of personal meaning in your life, so you can enjoy them for years to come.
